Animal proteins and some salad
So today after evenings kendo practice did some quick barbeque to prepare my lunchbox for tomorrow. Ok I tasted few small bites of the meat already but that was just for the quality control.. :)
Not a huge friend of these hip and pop diets everyone is doing nowadays like Atkinson diet and other low carb thingies. They sure do work and it is good idea to watch the carbs you're eating but still. Why to push that to the limit?
Anyway prepared also basic green salad with some feta cheese to go with the meat. Tomorrow some of my working buddies with the regular pasta lunch will be supergreen, I'm sure.
