Easy dinner tip...

...kids LOVE pasta & pesto, in much the same way as they love garlic bread... Being one of the easiest dinners on the planet to make, it's a winner on all fronts! And a grating of fresh Parmesan lifts this gourmet dish to another level... :-)

Recommending Tesco's easy-cook pasta too - a lot less heavy for the wee ones and more readily gobbled up (not to mention it only takes 5 minutes to cook - great for hungry tums that can't wait!).

Another day at college... Being in the centre of Glasgow every day REALLY isn't good for my bank balance. There are a LOT of sales in the shops at the moment.... :-)
