Pinata 101

During quiet time today, the kids got the idea to make their own version of a pinata. They got a white piece of paper, stuffed candy inside and taped both ends. After dinner tonight, along with our friends, we had a pinata party! I was worried it wouldn't break at all, but given the way my son swings a bat, I should not have worried one bit. It cracked open and candy flew everywhere! In fact, I think it cracked when Felix (our friend) hit it, but we repaired it enough so Tyler could get a good whack too!

As always, when candy is involved, the kids were thrilled!!
