By The Water's Edge

What a day!
Woke with such a sore head that while writing this at 11.30pm has still not disappeared. It is the kind you just want to close your eyes, be in a silent room, and throw up all at once.
Have taken 4 paracetamols at once, several times, but hasn't made a difference.

After work went and sat on the beach by the water and listened to the waves gently crashing, thinking that would miraculously make my headache go. Pah!
It was lovely though:)
