Nature's Toll..

I hope people don't think I'm weird putting a picture of a dead bird up for today's blip - but I found this little fella preserved under some leaves in a dry corner of the garden, and my heart really went out to him.

He never had a chance to mature or fly or chirp with friends -I thought it showed the other side of nature - for every bird up in the sky there must be several who never made it there.

I found him a nice place under a tree for nature to finish taking her course.
