I caught sight of the old Soller train leaving for Palma early this morning when I went to get my resident's rail card to allow me discount travel. It is a beautiful old train and the journey into Palma is a wonderful trip, passing through some of the most beautiful scenery on the island. When in Scotland my brother had recorded an interesting documentary on the Soller railway and it said the train station is the oldest in the world, dated 1606!

Fairly quiet day today with a lot of rain in the morning. Had insomnia for nearly 3 weeks on and off now so just having a glass or 2 of wine to see if it knocks me out!
