Wild Golden Eagle.

Dad and I chased two golden eagles today, this was the best shot I got with the lens I have. I left the road and started to scramble up the grassy hill where the long bracken hid jaggy boulders. Suddenly the eagle dived behind the dip ahead of me and at that point I ran as fast as I could, jumping from rock to rock.

I got up to the fence and just as I was about to climb over the eagle swooped over the dip, about 15 - 20 metres away from me. I stumbled for my camera, trying to focus in a fumbly panic. This is what I got. Not the best quality but the experience was unreal...
