Foam (aka Tiny Bubbles)

Yesterday seemed like a wonderful day to go to Point No Point on the Hood Canal. It was sunny and warm, however on the way there, it was becoming clear that the weather at PNP might be different than at home.

On the way, we passed through Port Gamble, where the Farmers' Market was still going on; I thought for sure we'd be too late for it. But we weren't, so we made a pit stop to grab some cupcakes. Bella Bella of course. I normally purchase 2 individual cupcakes, but hubby couldn't decide on what flavor he wanted over all the rest, so we bought a dozen (plus they were running a special for a dozen) and ended up with 1 of almost every flavor (a few were doubles). My MIL got to take home half of them :)

At the beach, the tide was high - I expected it to be lower since so many other places around home had pretty low tide. It was very cloudy, windy and there were a lot of people lined up along the shore fishing. We didn't stay long, but I walked barefoot in the sand for part of the time; feeling beach sand on my bare feet makes me so happy. We have so few beaches with actual sand, as opposed to rocks and shells. I had a lot of shots that I liked, but I can only pick one (I don't have the desire to put together a collage as my blip, and I'm already back-blipping for yesterday ;), so I think this will be it.
