Feathered troublemakers
The garden is full of young birds. Wee fat speugs and crazy starlings all over the place.
For some reason, probably the relative safety of the flat roof below the window, a gang of teenage starlings have decided the studio windowsill is a good place to hang out. They've been chapping on the glass all day long.
I'm sure it's got nothing to do with me and lots ot do with bugs and beasties around the window frame but it really is starting to feel that they are playing chap door run away just to annoy me. That and their dark feathery masks around their eyes gives them a very cute trouble maker look.
I took countless pics of them and not one had a whole bird in focus. They move to fast and rarely sit still for a second. At least this one's feet are in focus.
Note the bird crap on the window, if they keep that up I wont be able to see out soon.
