Pineapple

We have had a mixed bag today, a very hard frost, sunshine, rain, sunshine and now hail and rain. This morning I went out to the Airport to welcome back my sister and brother in law from a trip to Europe. They will feel the cold!!
It was then a walk with Amber before going to the Gym. I saw the physio while I was there, as my knee was still pretty sore. It has fluid floating around, probably from damage to cartliage, but my ligaments are all fine, so the story is to keep exercising and walking and everything will come right.
Lovely fresh pineapple for tea tonight.
