And we're go!

Bit of a non blip today. I was up and away early to Kippie Lodge to attend a yoga workshop my friend Louisa was running. She certainly put us through our paces and I'm going to have to be more disciplined with my practice if I'm going to manage on the retreat in October.

I stopped past to see Mum and Dad on the way home as they are just back from their holiday in Orkney. Mum chatted non-stop and Dad had his nose in the paper the whole time - business as usual.

This evening I'm watching the Canadian GP, hence the blip. Not a great picture but I was lacking inspiration - still a bit blissed out from the all that yoga I think.
