The Renaissance (Pizza) Man...

I have to give credit where credit is due for this one. I was in Charleston for Spoleto this weekend and, other than having my old Pen 40mm freeze up on me :-(, we had a fantastic time... lots of great food, arts and libations. Today for lunch we went to Sermet's Corner and I was absolutely floored by this HUGE painting... a kind of renaissance man meets pizza man. Unfortunately it wasn't for sale as it was a gift to the owner of the restaurant from a local painter, John C. Doyle. I know its not for everyone, but I just loved it!

SHOT NOTES: The picture was taken a tad off angle due to placement of the dining tables so I did some geometry correction in PS. That is why the EXIF data didn't come through. It was taken on my Olympus E-P2 with the Panasonic 20mm, f1.7, 1/60s and ISO 1000.
