Ghana 1-0 Serbia

I was lucky enough to have hospitality tickets to the Ghana - Serbia game at Loftus, Pretoria today. Ghana made us all proud by managing the first African win for the tournament!

Pictured here are a couple of die-hard Ghana fans. The lady in front has some massive thing on her head, covered in the Ghana flag. Her entourage followed her around as she circled the pitch for the duration of the game, while chanting, singing and blowing their vuvuzelas.

I doubt whether they actually saw any of the action, but they seemed to bring their team good luck... and they provided the rest of us with some side-line entertainment! The stadium was packed and the atmosphere was brilliant, making for a truly unforgettable afternoon of World Cup Soccer!:)
