Annual Amish Community Auction

Every year on the 2nd Saturday of June, the Amish Community has their annual auction in Rexford, Montana. I have been wanting to go ever since we moved here but something has always come up but this year, we were able to go.

It is about 80 miles from where we live. They auction off quilts, crafts, machinery, gazebos, log furniture and log cabins. This picture is the auction of the quilts and wall hangings. Most of the big quilts went for $350 to $700. We only watched for about an hour so the highest priced one we saw was $700 and it was outstanding. A portion of the proceeds goes to their Amish Christian School.
