What on Earth?

Mrs Custard was out on her new cycling route today and happened upon this structure placed on top of a hill. At first she was hoping it was a portable toilet but on closer inspection it looks more like a tardis. Actually Huggy Bear and I have our own conspiracy theories about this but we'll keep mum for now. Maybe need to blip the other ones in future too?
