Day off!! Well it was a forced day off as the Land Rover had to go in for MOT but still, managed to get a lot of stuff done around the house.

In the evening, Vivi and I went to Chapter and Verse Literary Festival to see Kate Long, author of A Mother's Guide to Cheating (amongst other books). Kate spoke not just on the book, but on the process of writing a book. Actually, it was *her* process as I realize not everyone is the same. She also spoke on how The bad mother?s handbook was filmed for tv and how the writing for the script differs from the book. It was a wonderful evening, and I was very pleased we had a chance to speak to Kate afterwards.
