Birthday Girl

It is my daughter's ninth birthday today. We had a very hectic day that included a taster session at the local canoe club. Poor birthday girl fell out of the canoe. She went into the changing room to get changed into dry clothes and by the time she got out the rest of the class had gone for a long paddle and she didn't get to go back into the canoe. Poor birthday girl was not very happy and cried all the way home. Next Saturday will soon be here.
Tonight we have a bunch of girls who have come over for a sleepover. it's going to be a long night.
