Finally caught up with some sleep this morning, woke up at 10.30am rather than 5am. Did some house work. Mike's Mum & Dad popped round for a while. Mike took me to Morton Castle to cheer me up. It was really lovely, watching the heron's, geese, peewee's & ouster catchers.
