Mallard

Today I tried the HDR function on the K-x for the first time, but it takes some mastering and the results were well below anything I'd care to upload. I'm not even sure I completely understand the principle.

Anyhow, I also took a few pictures with HDR turned off, including some mallards and their ducklings. They must have had a second brood. This drake was further down the River Marden in Calne, so was probably not involved. He is so handsome, though, he had to be today's blip.
