Stop Forum Spam

I'm a moderator on a photo forum. One of my duties is to sign in new forum members. Before clearing them I check to see if they are known spammers. I've always wondered how effective spammers are considering how utterly annoying the posts for the reader and not just a moderator.

I was so tired last night and so frustrated that everyone I was trying sign in was a spammer that I just took this shot buried my head under the pillow and went to bed.
