Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
This was my dinner for the night. I had it at M & S Grill for my graduation dinner, so I tried to recreate it.
To make it I first mixed grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and chicken seasoning. Then I drizzled a little olive oil on the fish fillets and sprinkled the mix on it. Then I cooked it at 400 C for about 15 minutes. I also melted some butter and added salt, pepper and chives as a sauce to pour over the fish.
The dish tasted great but it wasn't as crispy as I wanted. Any suggestions????
