Black Rock 5

Should have been named the 5 mile race from hell!

Mum and I did manage to complete it tonight though!

Really strong headwind running out to the rock was SO tough, I did not think I was going to make it! But once round the "knee deep in the North Sea" rock, psychologically it was an easier return journey. Even with the huge hill back to the pub!

So, ready to sign up for next year Mum?
