Flamed Spanish Coffee

Flamed Spanish Coffee was a lovely after dinner drink, was enjoyed while listening to a String Quartet. This was the perfect ending to our final formal dinner on board ship.

The wait staff performed a "Napkin Ballet" where they paraded into the dining room and placed napkins on diners' laps. Then they juggled peppers and tomatoes before the salad course. The final act was a march into the dining room carrying Baked Alaska
