Synaethesia

I took today off as holiday. I needed an emergency day to myself. I got my hair cut, wandered in the National Gallery, ate out on my own and had a fabulous synaethesia massage at the Lush spa on the Kings road in London. I have wanted one since I heard about it and, as today was about looking after myself, I did.
It is totally fab and very different. You're asked to choose a word and write it on the blackboard. You're also asked to choose a bottle with a word on it. It's like Alice in Wonderland or something. The music has even been specially written to coordinate with the massage. A very magical experience. Highly recommended. It definitely helped.
