I'd still blame Tesco

There was a fruit and veg market on this site for about 18 years, until the council decided they didn't like it and ordered it to be removed. Someone painted the words "Blame Tesco" on the wall, so the council painted over it. Today I noticed this on the wall. Its a battle that won't go away.

And nothing to do with the new Tesco Express opposite.
