this is exciting. the first time i think i've seen the benefit of carrying my SLR everywhere, and actually being able to catch something interesting when it occurs rather than just wishing!

just out of the cinema and waiting at the lights as the sun sets.

i love it when the sky's dark and dramatic but the foreground is brightly lit. sometimes edinburgh castle looks stunning in burnt orange against a brooding steel grey sky. one for the future...
