Swim training

After school ends at midday on Wednesdays, my children go straight to the pool to train with their swimming team. Their trainers work them very hard, but they love it. We don't get home till mid-afternoon at which point they devour an enormous lunch and take a nap before buckling down to homework. It's a long day for them, but they're turning out to be excellent swimmers and very fit teens. More swim training on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings - phew!
