Pushover

I went to a 2 year old boy's birthday party today. I was the only childless person there (not including grandparents). Felt a bit odd so I sat outside in the sun with a coffee talking about dogs and kayaking with one of the dads.

When the kids all went home, I got Cousteau out of the van and he played and played and played, etc. with my friends' German Wirehaired Pointer, Georgia. She's only 5 months old but is very boisterous and didn't let Cousteau get the upper hand. I spent a fun half hour snapping these two playing their little hearts out.

I put the camera on sport mode and just pressed the button. The camera did the rest. I got about 20 half decent shots of them playing but particularly liked this sequence. Cousteau does this funny forward roll thing a lot when he's playing. Georgia thought it was a great lark.

He's fast asleep on his bed now. Dog tired.
