Captain Maffitt

Realizing I did not Blip today, I drove down to the river and captured the Captain Maffitt cruising along the Cape Fear with Wilmington in the background. Taken from the Eagle Island side of the river, this is where many of the scenes from the TV show "One Tree Hill" are filmed. I met three photographer friends also shooting the city from this location - plus a lot of mosquitos.
