Small but deadly

I saw this Deadly Nightshade when I was out for a walk.
It looks so pretty but is so deadly. As a child my Mum always pointed it out and warned us not to touch it.
Perhaps its the nurse in me but I've always wondered what would happen if you ate a berry.
