Rain Stopped Play

This is Bishop Auckland Cricket Ground. Usually on a Tuesday evening it's packed with cricketers, but the one good thing about today is that the rain, which has been horrendous, stopped that happening.

No, I am not a cricket widow. I do however go to fatclub which is held in the Cricket Club, and usually it's a struggle to get into the carpark due to all the selfish parking (by men 98% of the time); and if I do manage it, it's not uncommon to have to lean on the horn to get the idiot (guess the gender) who has blocked everyone in to move his 'compensating-for-something' mobile.

So hurrah for Tuesday rain!
