Tea round at Mum&Dads tonight. She cooks a mean shepherds pie and does the carrots with butter too, the proper way.

Dad was on form and I felt very much well-loved, leaning on the garden-to-field boundary fence chatting about nowt in particular. He's ace in many ways and I'm a chip off the old block too, I know. Something I wouldn't change for the world.

Thanks to everyone who commented on my blip yesterday - there were some nice words there that made me smile and gave me a bit of an insidewarminess feeling. I thought of following the image up with a subtle 301 reference but couldn't find anything as vague as the three little 'o' shapes like yesterday. So a photo of a washing line it is.
