Light fantastic

I wasn't sure what to take a photo of today, so I got playing with taking pictures of the camera's flash. I know that you can see my phone still, but I really like the patch of purple towards the middle of the picture. There's so many funky things you can do with light, and it has some awesome properties. My favourite has to be that if you stand still, a photon of light travels towards you at the speed of light; if you start running away from the light, a photon of light will still be bearing down on you at the speed of light (i.e. it's travelling at the speed of light plus the speed of your running)! Very weird and freaky!!
