Laser 2000

No opportunity for shots on the water today - it was grey and wet at times, and as it's a dinghy course with just two of us on board, it's difficult to get yer camera oot.
My lucky shipmate this week is Hamish - he's in his mid sixties but has children of 14, 12 and 9 - second marriage, of course. That'll keep his nose to the grindstone for a few more years yet.

Today we were sailing a Laser 2000, of which Wikipedia says, "The 2000 has established an enviable record as a resilient and versatile design; docile and forgiving for novices yet an exhilarating sail for more advanced sailors."

That's it sitting down towards the slip at the end of the boat shed. I found it very docile.
