Candy Flower

This plant survives against all the odds in our garden. It is in a very dry spot and it's next to the thyme which is the cat's favourite sitting/vantage point so it frequently gets squashed. This year it has flourished although it is now on its way out. It has very pretty, patterned, succulent leaves and very tiny flowers which I haven't really paid attention to before. So I was very surprised when I trimmed this blip to see the pink and yellow in the centre. It rather reminds me of those icing flowers you attach to posh cakes. I'm hoping someone can give it a name because I've long since lost its label!
