AAAAAARRRGGH.......

So sucking on something that looks like a tampon applicator will help me stop smoking will it? Baws! It's amazing how short your temper can get at times like this. It's ok I wouldn't expect any of you non smokers to understand. Not that I'm complaining as it's my fault I am in this situation right now. noone forced me to start smoking but I did and now I have to find the willpower to stop. Bless my squad today though as they are all keeping a low profile and trying to stop themselves adding any unnecessary stress to my day. I guess I'm looking quite pissed off today ( and here was me thinking I was hiding it well).
