Why am I here?

At first to share photos with family. Then I found it exciting to get nice comments. After a short while I was delighted that others subscribed. The fun of all this just grew and grew! I did a 10 point OU course in DP. I got a critique of my entries from a blipper I respect. I really love photography!

The Mother says "How have you got to 'know' so many nice people?" when she reads the lovely comments. 3 blippers I already knew, and they were nice, some blippers I've been lucky enough to meet in the "Real World," they were very nice too, and some I'm looking forward to meeting, those on my subscription lists.

Who am I?

I recently felt that my user name "clickychick" was likely to be confused with another new blipper so I started ending my comments, when I remembered, with Susan. Now one of my subscribers alerted me to the fact that my journal name "Desperately seeking" is also now easily confused with another new journal.

Should Susan despair?

I've learned so much here, developed a style, gained confidence, achieved a raport with other blippers, I don't want other images or comments to be mistaken for mine (even if they turn out to be better!).

I'm NOT manically running 2 journals (Imagine that!)

So, if you are looking in on this site, wanting to join up, just use your own name, no-one else can have that ..... unless you're kath with a lower case "k" gordon with a lower case "g" or stewart with an upper case "S" bremner with an upper case "B"........

It's going to get more confusing as time goes on, but at least I know who I am and, if subscribed, I know who you are too.

My blip today came from the same stand at Holker Garden Festival as this one , just another bowl of them edited for the mood of the story.

Susan
