Lonely bicycle

I spotted this beautiful bicycle at the foot of Bath Street. It's the sort of bicycle one could imagine a hippychick riding through the pastoral country lanes of a song by Fairport Convention or Renaissance. Which makes it more surpising that it's in the most urban area imaginable, surrounded by the worst of architecture from the 60s onwards, and M8 motorway immediately in front.
