Dinner at Daniels

For my last birthday MrsCyclops got me a "List" card offering 2-for-1 deals at lots of restaurants. One of my favourites is Daniels in Leith, so as the card is about to expire we thought we'd have a wee Sunday night treat and go out for dinner. We had a lovely time - BLIP!

Today we also went for lunch with friends just back from a few years in Australia - lovely to see them and the others! The afternoon was spent in Ikea, Homebase and furniture shops plotting various minor home refurbishments, after which I assembled our new Ikea-sourced attempt to solve the shoe problem in the hall. Seems to work!
