Strawberries and thunder

Had to go to the airport to pick up some Australian dollars for a wedding present, not to go on holiday sadly. Called at a farm shop with fishing lakes on the way home and got this shot of the lake and a man enjoying the peace and quiet. Got some lovely strawberries while we were there, and had a naughty cream scone.

Off to the evening do of our friends Linds and Becks later - just as we were almost at the hotel, it started to pour with rain, heaviest for a long time. It stopped just long enough for us to rush inside, and after a great night, we came back out to more heavy rain, thunder and lightening. Got soaked walking our friend Sarah to her car, so drowned rats by the time we got to our car. Didn't matter, had a lovely day.
