Disaster Recovery

When we first moved in here, all of the fields around the house were given over to set-a-side and so were a teaming mass of insects and wild flowers. Once that finished the farmer had no choice but to grow crops and whilst it still looks lovely as blipped the other day surrounding fields it's not the same.

It's farmed fairly intensively, two crops per year with everything sprayed off in between, but nature is a bugger for fighting back and I was very pleased to see this popping up in the middle of the field :D
