The Mating Dance

This shot does not do what was going on up there justice at all. We had been coming down the drive way to go to the house when we spotted these two doves on the arch. The one with his foot in the air was all puffed out hopping and skipping toward the other one like he was dancing. He did this repeatedly trying to get the attention of the other. She flew off finally and he followed her to the roof. Hope the poor guy got him some so we can look forward to baby doves flying around.

Productive day. Got fairly caught up with things and looking forward to a relaxing Sunday.
