Lunch
We decided to drive a couple of hours down South and have lunch at this little roadside eatery. Tummys full and feeling good, we passed by the town's small fishing port to take some photos. Our timing was just perfect since the small "bancas" or native boats. had just anchored and the fish were in the process of being sold to the traders. Amidst all the noise of hawkers shouting out the catch for the day and the large tubs of fish being dragged across the floor, there stood this little boy in red shorts by the roadside seemingly oblivious to all the noise and excitement going on around him. I walked towards him and started to take photos. I tried to strike up a conversation with him but he was too shy I guess. Shortly after, a man approaches and gives him this bag full of fish and tells him to take it home for lunch. I start to backtrack towards the car and he too picks up his bag of fish and heads on down the road.
