Star relay

A lovely day in the Yorkshire Dales with the YHOA squad. There's always a a lot of down time at these sessions, which in the middle of winter in the rain os not always much fun. But today the weather was glorious - was probably too hot in most parts of the country, but we were up high and there was a nice breeze, and it was perfect. Good training on a good area, good atmosphere. I ran three courses so didn't have so much time for photos, and Wendles took much better ones - even one of me, and Cari!
