Pill poppin'

I'm restricted to blips in the house at the moment due to my back and neck problems.

I've had so many of these, Ibuprofen and other medication over the last 3-4 days that if you shook me I would rattle. No improvement yet......

Roll on the next visit to the physio on Monday
