I was on the bus home from work when I saw this at the Caledonian brewery in town. Edinburgh used to have quite a few this is sadly the only one left working. Once upon a time this was one of many chimneys belching the ' hot weetabix and milk' smell across the city. They were all situated in the west end of the town as all breweries in British cities are, prevailing wind you see. I can't actually think of a British city with the 'posh' bit in the east end.I love stuff like that, Factypish we call it. useless information that once told you will always remember. World cup starts in a week woohoo.
