korean 2 step demolition from above program

step 1 - put backhoe/jackhammer/big claw thing/crazy man on roof of dilapidated building (8 crumbling storeys up, in this case)

step 2 - go wild.

im not sure who was more surprised - me seeing this on my walk to work at 6am, or the lookout guy in the street who was equally surprised that i thought that this was at all interesting/slightly out of the ordinary...
