When I got back to Standard Life House after my lunchtime walk, the fire alarm was sounding and the building was empty! I knew it wasn't a drill because we had had one a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully it was a false alarm though. The reason was later communicated: overuse of deodourant in the 3rd Floor East Women's Washroom !

Anne and I are planning to have a barbeque tonight once Orla is in bed. It is forecast to be a warm evening.
