Caution

I'm not sure what lifting this heavy weight will do to you but it looks bad for bystanders.

Saw the GP today for joint problems (thumb & forefinger) and she thought it was osteoarthritis but sent me for an X ray to be certain. This was on one of the machines in the X ray room - I suspect the radiologist thought I was barking mad when I asked if I could photograph it!

And forgot to say, I backblipped Yoshi from yesterday - giving me the evil eye!

Just thought of another interpretation - lift this and your head will fall off.
