Catch Lights

Back Blipped

This photo was always a favourite of mine. Somehow the weird lighting and hazy feel make it look quite precious. Having learnt a little bit about photography now, I realise that one reason I like this photograph so much is that Lyra has catch lights in her eyes so she looks more alive. (Thank you MLY for teaching me about catchlights. I always look for them now).

This was the day that Lyra first rolled over from her front to her back. I didn't believe she'd done and it automatically turned her back so she just did it again!
